The proposal seeks to generate a system that helps to reduces the deficit of cultural spaces and social welfare, where don't have sufficient and adequate infrastructure of complementary services, in the same way, looks for increase the accessibility of vulnerable communities to these community centers, this proposal use this alternative way of construction to adapt to different conditions such as topography, function and the needs of the population.     Abstract

    Durante décadas los contenedores marítimos se han utilizado como elementos para el transporte de mercancías, siendo diseñados para que su traslado sea intermodal, es decir, un sistema en el que se combinan dos o más modos de carga; estos contenedores son estandarizados; con los años se introdujo en el campo de la arquitectura el uso de los contenedores marítimos siendo este práctica edificativa relativamente nueva y emergente en la construcción ,como si de piezas lego se tratasen, los contenedores se pueden combinar para crear casi cualquier tipo de edificación. La propuesta busca generar un sistema que pudiera contribuir a disminuir el déficit de espacios culturales y de bienestar social, que no cuentan con la suficiente y adecuada infraestructura de servicios complementarios, del mismo modo aumentar la accesibilidad de las comunidades vulnerables a estos centros comunitarios. Esta propuesta se realizó planteando un modo alternativo de construcción que se adapte a las diferentes condiciones como el terreno, la función y las necesidades de la población. Se estableció una metodología para la implementación de este sistema, donde se determinaron 5 parámetros como lo son el poblacional, urbano, directrices de diseño, constructivo y montaje sistema, que posibilitará aplicar este sistema constructivo, además se propusieron elementos técnicos complementarios para la estructura buscando facilitar el proceso constructivo y así mismo la adaptabilidad a diferentes condiciones climáticas mediante componentes particulares para obtener un mejor resultado sobretodo garantizando que el sistema sea de rápida instalación, de bajo costo, y sostenible
