Design thinking y trabajo cooperativo en el SENA

Abstract

This research was think from the constructivism paradigm, focusing on determining the impact of the innovation model Design thinking as didactic strategy to strength collaborative work in the GAES of SENA of the “banking technology program and financial entities”, through the ethnographic-qualitative line of investigation, exploration that emerged as a response to the opportunity to dynamize creative and disruptive ways the current scheme of autonomous study groups, situation identified in the diagnosis the phases of discovering, interpreting, devising, experimenting and evolving, typical of creative thinking centered on people, were considered, where the introspective reflection of the work of the apprentices and the devising to optimize the peer work was the thematic axis of the didactic, being the students investigators and precursors of them own invention. This research was conducted through the naturalist/emergent observation method, exploring individual and group observation units, refers to the favorable and unfavorable attitudes scale, record that was given through focused observation grids and field notes, debated with the perception of the focus group that supported the relevance of the intervention, expressed in the progressive evolution of the study group from the cognitive, behavioral and evaluative attitudinal perspective, from the intrapersonal and interpersonal vision, assertively concretizing the initial objective set for this research.
