Uniendo horizontes - proyecto urbano integral cómo articulación en el barrio María Paz UPL 19 Tintal y UPL 20 Batio Bonito

Abstract

La capital de Colombia correspondiente a la ciudad de Bogotá D.C. la cual actualmente cuenta con 7.929.539 de habitantes los cuales representan en este momento 2024 el 15% de la población total del país según (Bogotá,2024); la capital se ha convertido en una ciudad resiliente una ciudad llena de esperanzas y reinicios para la población migrante tanto nacional como internacional; es una de las ciudades que constantemente se encuentra en desarrollo poblacional y expansión territorial, a lo que con lleva múltiples retos sociales. Althoff, A. (2021) sostiene que la difícil situación humanitaria que vive el país vecino de Venezuela, ha hecho que en los últimos años los migrantes venezolanos representen el 37% de los 4.6 millones de migrantes que hoy en día se establecieron alrededor de América Latina, siendo este 37% los que viven en Colombia, logrando obtener el primer puesto a comparación de los demás países que han ofrecido un refugio y un nuevo comienzo. El sector del barrio MARÍA PAZ ubicado en la localidad de Kennedy correspondiente a la numero 8 de la capital es uno de los sectores donde mayor crecimiento inmigratorio se ha evidenciado en la capital del país, este barrio y sus colindantes como PATIO BONITO, EL ROSARIO, LA CONCORDIA, se evidencia problemáticas en cuanto su estructura socio-económica espacial. Es fundamental abordar estos desafíos mediante la aplicación de estrategias de intervención diseñadas para mejorar el progreso del sector, teniendo en cuenta las necesidades y carencias de la población. Por este motivo, se sugiere la implementación de un Proyecto Urbano Integral (PUI) que aborde la intervención en el barrio María Paz, ubicado en la UPL 20 Patio Bonito, considerando aspectos físicos, sociales e institucionales.

(2021) argues that the difficult humanitarian situation that the neighboring country of Venezuela is experiencing has meant that in recent years Venezuelan migrants represent 37% of the 4.6 million migrants who today settled around Latin America, this 37% being those who live in Colombia, managing to obtain the first place compared to other countries that have offered refuge and a new beginning. The MARIA PAZ neighborhood sector located in the Kennedy district corresponding to number 8 of the capital is one of the sectors where the greatest immigration growth has been evident in the capital of the country. This neighborhood and its neighboring ones such as PATIO BONITO, EL ROSARIO, LA CONCORDIA, show problems regarding their spatial socio-economic structure. It is essential to address these challenges by applying intervention strategies designed to improve the progress of the sector, taking into account the needs and deficiencies of the population. For this reason, the implementation of an Integrated Urban Project (PUI) is suggested that addresses the intervention in the María Paz neighborhood, located in UPL 20 Patio Bonito, considering physical, social and institutional aspects.
