In this context, it was proposed to diagnose the different coexistence problems existing in the classroom, identify the relevant artistic skills on the part of the teachers and classify what students do with these skills in front of the problem situations, questionnaires and surveys were done to students and teachers. , taking into account the axis of the research action of a qualitative type with a socio-affective approach.     Abstract

    El conflicto es un elemento propio del ser humano, por ello en la etapa de formación es indispensable dar un trato práctico para mejorar las relaciones en espacios como el aula de clase, sin duda alguna las alternativas que surgen pueden ser variadas, pero como método especial las habilidades artísticas pueden determinarse como un canal mediador. El objetivo de esta investigación es determinar las posibilidades de las habilidades artísticas en la solución de conflictos convivenciales. Con este fin la pregunta de investigación es la siguiente: ¿Cuáles son las posibilidades de las habilidades artísticas en la solución de conflictos convivenciales entre los estudiantes de grado Noveno del Instituto Superior Cooperativo? En este contexto se propuso diagnosticar los diferentes problemas convivenciales existentes en el aula, identificar las habilidades artísticas pertinentes por parte de los docentes y clasificar lo que hacen los estudiantes con dichas habilidades frente a las situaciones problema, se realizaron cuestionarios y encuestas a estudiantes y docentes, teniendo en cuenta el eje de la investigación acción de tipo cualitativo con un enfoque socio-afectivo. A partir del análisis de la realidad emocional en los estudiantes, los resultados obtenidos permitieron dar a conocer los factores del conflicto; tales como, la superioridad, el egoísmo, la falta de escucha, el poco reconocimiento del otro y la rivalidad; como habilidades artísticas, la música, la danza y las artes plásticas fueron determinantes para el trato de los factores antes mencionados lo que muestra un reconocimiento por parte de los estudiantes a través de la expresión, la reflexión y la comunicación elementos claves para solucionar conflictos dentro y fuera del aula, así mismo se podrían realizar investigaciones adicionales que permitan identificar otros factores que aporten a la transformación en espacios conflictivos
