dc.description	Con el propósito de llevar la ciudad de Bogotá a un futuro de alto desarrollo arquitectónico y sostenible el proyecto a desarrollar es un Centro Cívico de innovación tecnológica ubicado en la Localidad de Teusaquillo, en la UPZ 104 Simón Bolívar (Barrio Salitre), el cual pretende a nivel Urbano articular la red de equipamientos cercanos al sector como lo son: El parque Metropolitano Simón Bolívar, La Biblioteca Virgilio Barco, Coldeportes, Jardín Botánico y La Universidad Nacional, de esta manera también se complementa con la propuesta del plan Maestro del CAN conectado por grandes corredores verdes y de espacio público la cual conformara toda una red de equipamientos. Arquitectónicamente en el terreno se propone un espacio de edificios funcionales, con diseños dinámicos y abiertos, pendientes de la diversidad de uso que a ellos se darán. La infraestructura física tendrá flexibilidad, mediante fachadas con iluminación natural, espacios verdes de esparcimiento con descubrimientos al aire libre. La programación y servicios, son totalmente dependientes de las necesidades, características y peculiaridades de la comunidad ciudadana. La idea nace como necesidad de descentralización de los servicios socioculturales, respondiendo al aumento de la demanda ciudadana y para dotar a los distritos de equipamientos que fomenten el tejido asociativo y participativo en Bogotá	spa
dc.description.abstract	The project to developing is a technological innovation Civic Center located in Teusaquillo's Locality, in the UPZ 104 Simón Bolívar (Salitre Neighborhood), which tries to Urban level to articulate the network of equipments near to the sector as: The Metropolitan Simón Bolívar park, Virgilio Barco Library, Coldeportes and Universidad Nacional, hereby also it will be articulated with the proposed Master plan CAN connected by large green space and public corridors which conform a network of facilities. The area presents a space of functional buildings architectonically, with dynamic and opened designs, pending on the uses diversity that will be given them. The physical infrastructure will have flexibility; there will be fronts with natural lighting, green spaces with sunroof and outdoors for enjoyment. The landscape zones will have several safety perimeters and a scale connection to the Simón Bolívar Park. As for the programming and services are concern, they will be totally dependent on the needs, characteristics and peculiarities of the civil community. The civic centers are sociocultural equipments with public character. The idea was born for a decentralization need of the sociocultural services, answering to the increase of the civil demand and to provide to the districts of equipments that promote the associative and participative hatch in Bogota	spa
