Hábitat Escolar El Muro: Equipamiento escolar como hábitat para la innovación social y cultural de la localidad de Suba

Abstract

La presente investigación plantea un equipamiento educativo, teniendo como énfasis una educación con accesibilidad, gratuidad y calidad. El primer acercamiento tiene presente una contextualización histórica, que deja como resultado tres variables puntuales en la investigación, escuela espontanea, hábitat escolar y escuela abierta. La escuela espontanea plantea una respuesta por parte de la comunidad en términos de educación, un ejemplo sería el caso de que la educación pública no satisface la demanda en un sector y la comunidad responde con colegios, jardines, etc. Esto direcciona a verificar la cubertura de educación pública, la cual, por medio del informe de educación del 2021, acerca a la localidad de Suba a la investigación, también se encuentra en el Plan de Ordenamiento Territorial (POT) que en la localidad hay una actuación estratégica (AE), que dentro de ella propone equipamientos educativos, lo anterior permite fortalecer la selección de Suba. Las determinantes de diseño del proyecto atienden a las otras dos variables, hábitat escolar y escuela abierta. En tendiendo la primera como la percepción interna del proyecto, que plantea el edificio como un hábitat para el estudiante y el maestro; la segunda atiende a la percepción que el proyecto genera en el entorno urbano. Donde el edificio invita al contexto a participar de sus actividades. Teniendo presente lo anterior, se plantea hábitat escolar el muro, pensado para responder a las variables con un equipamiento mixto de carácter escolar y cultural. Donde mediante su arquitectura y experiencia, responda a una adecuada formación académica y una nueva experiencia urbana, dando a entender los conceptos de hábitat escolar y escuela abierta.

This research proposes an educational facility, with an emphasis on accessible, free, and quality education. The first approach takes into account a historical contextualization, which results in three specific variables in the research, spontaneous school, school habitat, and open school. The spontaneous school proposes a response from the community in terms of education, an example would be the case where public education does not meet the demand in a sector and the community responds with schools, kindergartens, etc. This leads to verifying the coverage of public education, which, through the 2021 education report, brings the town of Suba closer to the research. It is also found in the Territorial Planning Plan (POT) that in the town there is a strategic action (AE), which within it proposes educational facilities, the above allows to strengthen the selection of Suba. The design determinants of the project address the other two variables, school habitat and open school. Understanding the first as the internal perception of the project, which presents the building as a habitat for the student and the teacher; The second is related to the perception that the project generates in the urban environment, where the building invites the context to participate in its activities. Bearing this in mind, the school habitat of the wall is proposed, designed to respond to the variables with a mixed educational and cultural facility. Where, through its architecture and experience, it responds to an adequate academic formation and a new urban experience, giving an understanding of the concepts of school habitat and open school.
