At the end of the 70's, a massive informal settlement of rural populations was achieved, who had been migrating from the armed displacement to Bogotá, as well as to its peripheries, in this case Soacha, since the low profitability of the place and the short distance it had with the country's capital, it provided many more opportunities. Many of these families began to settle in what is now Comuna 4 (Cazuca) of the municipality of Soacha, where almost 17,000 people live in a state of informality. Having settled precariously, this community did not have spaces designed for the development of the population and they found themselves framed in a residential sector, with a deficit of infrastructure and equipment. In such a way that, the objective throughout this investigation is established by means of a design of a cultural facility, which acquires an adequate appropriation of the representative intangible heritage of the municipality, such as the Muisca rock art, taken to be part of the image of the project, originating a cultural identity of the community who uses it. Likewise, the facility has relevant spaces for social development, where sustainability principles are also applied to mitigate the environmental pollution in which they are immersed. This will help to create a territorial appropriation, to make up for some of the intellectual deficiencies and also to take advantage of the free hours of children and adolescents, in artistic expressions that allow them to express their needs, their desires and their differences compared to other communities.spa
