Abstract

Within the following investigation a proposal of improvement in the indexes of education that are developed in the municipality of Monguí - Boyacá is raised, this due to the low levels and little coverage that is offered in this zone of the country which are taking to a phenomenon of migration with high indexes of educational desertion doing that a domino effect is generated inside the municipality, reducing the indexes populations, the social, economic, cultural and physical deterioration of the municipality that additional is catalogued like B.I.C, with the implementation of new strategies of education and an adequate infrastructure it is sought to reduce these negative effects that are presented inside the municipality as well as to generate a significant contribution of much weight for the growth and development of the society at municipal and departmental level. The following research seeks to provide a development proposal for the improvement in quality and provide a correct process of continuity of education within the municipality of Monguí - Boyacá, by means of an educational approach within the growth of the municipality in addition to taking into account new education methodologies that allow an optimal and flexible development generating a higher rate of growth of educational competitiveness within the municipality and the general level of the region, mitigating the rates of migration that are presented within the young population.
