    Abstract

    Esta investigación surgió a raíz de la necesidad que presentan los programas formativos propuestos en las instituciones, donde es recurrente la pregunta de cómo abordar los conflictos escolares. Aunque existen enfoques pedagógicos que introducen la prevención de la violencia, estas propuestas aún se encuentran limitadas en su desarrollo, sobre todo, en las estrategias pedagógicas como medio de resolución de conflictos. En efecto, los conflictos se han convertido en un problema frecuente en los centros educativos; ésta situación y a la vez desafío, ha permitido emprender la búsqueda de soluciones formativas un poco más apegadas al desarrollo emocional con el propósito de fortalecer las capacidades humanas bajo el fomento de habilidades sociales, que permitan el diálogo y la aceptación del otro. Por tal motivo se hizo pertinente plantear la siguiente temática: “Estrategia Pedagógica TIC para Prevenir la Violencia y Fortalecer Competencias Ciudadanas desde las Emociones. Estudio de Caso: Primera Infancia Colegio La Estancia San Isidro Labrador, Bogotá 2018”. De esta surgieron una serie de interrogantes concretos que dieron la orientación coherente al estudio donde se planteo un Estudio de Caso especifico donde, a través de la observación no participativa y las entrevistas a profundidad, se determinó una realidad presente en un contexto y con base en esta información se elaboró una propuesta curricular que adoptó lineamientos de competencias ciudadanas e inteligencia emocional. Estos lineamientos se reunieron en una estrategia pedagógica TIC, para prevenir la violencia desde las emociones
