The methodology used for the development of the research was the ethnographic with a qualitative approach, using instruments such as: focus groups to investigate the practices of early childhood teachers, field diaries to observe the attitudes of early childhood with in different situations that arise during the school day and semi-structured interviews to get the perspectives of the school's teaching directors.     Abstract

    El trabajo que se presenta a continuación pretende indagar la incidencia de la labor docente en niños de primera infancia para la formación del valor de la tolerancia en el Colegio el libertador IED de Bogotá. Como referentes, se tuvieron en cuenta los postulados teóricos relacionados con el desarrollo moral del niño propuestos por Kohlberg, Piaget y Vygotsky. La metodología utilizada para el desarrollo de la investigación fue la etnográfica; se utilizaron técnicas metodológicas como: grupos focales para indagar sobre las prácticas de las docentes de primera infancia, diarios de campo para observar las actitudes de los niños de primera infancia con en diferentes situaciones que se presentan durante la jornada escolar y entrevistas semiestructurada para tener las perspectivas de los directivos docentes del colegio. Los resultados obtenidos resaltan la importancia que tienen las docentes en las y los niños de primera infancia en cuanto a la formación de valores, específicamente en el valor de la tolerancia
