According to the UPZ 82 Patio Bonito, there is a great problem of complementary spaces to the housing as they are: lack of public space, poor state of the existing one and deficit of cultural equipment, this due to the excessive densification of multifamily housing developments , Which began between the years 2000 and 2003, remaining in the present time. Considering that the only two zonal parks existing in the neighborhood are Dindalito Bellavista and Patio Bonito, there is an axis as a linear zone of connection of zonal scale that integrates them through a design of public space, proposing a renovation by means of furniture Urban, afforestation and leisure spaces that serve for the development of the population, finishing in a cultural equipment. With this proposal, the axis seeks to increase the public space of the sector through the treatment of platforms, reading areas, and different routes where passive and active activities are generated, integrating a cultural equipment to carry out common activities of its inhabitants.     Abstract

    La Localidad de Kennedy en Bogotá, presenta actualmente una densidad de 302 habitantes por hectárea, ubicándose como la segunda con mayor densidad en la ciudad con un indicador muy cercano al más alto registrado en Rafael Uribe (307 hab/ ha) (Alcaldía de Bogotá, 2004), particularmente, el barrio Patio Bonito, cuenta con una densidad de 340 hab/ha, mientras que los barrios aledaños, cuentan con 220 hab/ha en promedio, convirtiéndolo en uno de los sectores con mayor densidad poblacional. De acuerdo a la UPZ 82 Patio Bonito, se encuentra una gran problemática de espacios complementarios a la vivienda como lo son: falta de espacio público, mal estado del existente y déficit de equipamiento cultural, esto debido a la densificación excesiva de urbanizaciones multifamiliares de vivienda, las cuales iniciaron entre los años 2000 y 2003 manteniéndose en la actualidad. Considerando que los dos únicos parques zonales existentes en el barrio, son Dindalito Bellavista y Patio Bonito, se plantea un eje como parque lineal de conexión de escala zonal que los integre por medio de un diseño de espacio público, planteando una renovación por medio de mobiliario urbano, arborización y espacios de esparcimiento que sirvan para el desarrollo de la población, rematando en un equipamiento cultural. Con esta propuesta, se busca por medio del eje incrementar el espacio público del sector a través del tratamiento de andenes, zonas de lectura, y de diferentes recorridos donde se generen actividades pasivas y activas, integrando un equipamiento cultural para llevar a cabo las actividades comunes colectivas de sus habitantes.
