El proyecto cultural y recreativo el LISTON situado en Bogotá, Colombia en la localidad de los mártires UPZ 102 está delimitado por las calles 13 y 19 y entre carreras 18 y 22. Es uno de los barrios claves para la transformación físico espacial que tiene planificado el Distrito Nacional a través de su plan urbano del centro ampliado de Bogotá, por este motivo y por las necesidades y u oportunidades fue que este sector fue escogido para representar un diseño arquitectónico , uno de los ejes principales del proyecto está focalizado en la revitalización del barrio el Listón por medio de un equipamiento que brinde todas las soluciones tanto físicas como espaciales para generar dinámicas que de una u otra manera ayuden a tejer la sociedad.
Cuando la gente hace parte de los proyectos por medio de dinámicas sociales, como juegos, deportes, campeonatos de ajedrez y ciertas actividades recreo deportivas se teje sociedad.
El conocimiento de las problemáticas de los pobladores del barrio el Listón es clave para poder dar un diagnóstico y a su vez plantear una hipótesis medible, en este caso específico, demostrar que un equipamiento cultural y recreativo sería una posible solución desde el punto de vista socio cultural, ya que las dinámicas que en este se generarían producirían un cambio a nivel emocional y físico. Tales dinámicas enmarcadas en el deporte y en la recreación son métodos infalibles para el buen desarrollo de la personalidad. Generar a su vez un cambio en la manera de concebir el espacio, en la manera de concebir lo privado y lo público.
Abstract
The cultural and recreational project LISTON located in Bogota, Colombia in the locality of the UPZ 102 martyrs is delimited by streets 13 and 19 and between runs 18 and 22 and is one of the key neighborhoods for the physical spatial transformation that has planned the National district through its urban plan of the expanded center of Bogota, for this reason and due to the needs and opportunities was that this sector was chosen to represent an architectural design, one of the main axes of the project is focused on the revitalization of the neighborhood with an equipment that provides all the physical and spatial solutions to generate dynamics that in one way or another help to weave the society, starting from the knowledge of the site and the knowledge of the people who inhabit it being key the design Participant, since each person interviewed gave his own point of view in order to obtain in the last instance The resulting volumes and the public space necessary for the development of personality. The equipment will have diverse areas destined to the physical and recreational formation service areas and training areas, giving emphasis to the culture and the valuation of the heritage and the assets of cultural interest like the Savana Station and the school that are next to the intervention lot, this project intends to permeate the neighboring workshops and generate public space giving a general interest of the area and providing spaces and sensations previously.
