dc.description	El proyecto de investigación (Tecnoparque Triángulo de Oro) que se expondrá en el presente documento monográfico, es de carácter académico y tiene como propósito analizar la problemática nacional del déficit de equipamientos educativos de nivel superior, la cual tiene una incidencia directa en la calidad de formación profesional y por ende en la tasa de desempleo de la nación. Pese a que la problemática anteriormente expuesta afecta todo el país, esta investigación se enfoca en la región central, más específicamente en la ciudad de Ibagué, capital del departamento del Tolima, una de las más afectadas por el desempleo, con el objetivo de sustentar la implantación del macro proyecto Tecnoparque Triángulo de Oro, fundamentado en el análisis normativo, teórico, conceptual, histórico, arquitectónico y urbanístico, que permita mejorar la calidad de educación superior tanto para Ibagué como para la región central, a través del correcto diseño de espacios internos, externos y públicos del equipamiento educativo, en complemento con otras áreas relacionadas a las necesidades del lugar de implantación.	spa
dc.description.abstract	The investigation project (Tecnoparque, Triángulo de Oro) is the one that is going to be presented in this monograph, is entirely academic and its purpose is the analyses of the national problematic regarding the deficit in educational equipment in colleges. In particular, this lack is specifically related to the professional training and due to this it can be seen how this affects nation’s unemployment rate. Even though, this problematic affects the whole country, this research has it focus on the central region of the country, to be more specific Ibagué. Being the capital of the department of Tolima, is actually one of the most affected for employment in here. The aim of the project is to give sustain to the implantation of the framework of Tecnoparque Triángulo de Oro. This project has its basis on the normative, conceptual, historic, architectonic and urbanistic analysis, this in order to allow to improve the quality in education in the collages not only for Ibague but for the whole Central region. This is meant to be done through the proper design of insides, outsides and public spaces of the educative equipment. As a complementation in regard with other areas related to the necessities of the implementation place.	spa
