dc.description	En la ciudad de Bogotá se encuentran diversos lugares de importancia histórica y cultural a nivel nacional. A través del tiempo, varios de estos han entrado en estado de deterioro y olvido, ocasionando vacíos urbanos patrimoniales. Ejemplo de ello es el polígono patrimonial de Jorge Eliecer Gaitán localizado en la localidad de Teusaquillo. El polígono patrimonial de Jorge Eliecer Gaitán comprende de 3 elementos conmemorativos los cuales son: Casa museo de Jorge Eliecer Gaitán como uno de los primeros Monumentos Nacionales de Colombia, el exploratorio de Jorge Eliecer Gaitán diseñado por Rogelio Salmona y Gloria Gaitán con la concepción de realizar un centro cultural como símbolo de la muerte de Jorge Eliecer Gaitán, y por último el tranvía causa de los hechos ocurridos el 9 de abril de 1948. Esta zona se encuentra inhabilitada para el público debido al deterioro del lugar, ocasionando la pérdida de reconocimiento y conmemoración de los hechos ocurridos nombrados anteriormente. Al analizar las determinantes del polígono patrimonial, a través de encuestas, entrevistas y el estudio del lugar, se evidencian 3 aspectos que influyen de manera negativa, los cuales son: 1) Heterotopía urbana,2). sin lugar y 3) ruina invertida. Concluyendo que este polígono patrimonial se debe intervenir de manera urbana para la conexión del polígono patrimonial con la ciudad y de manera arquitectónica.	spa
dc.description.abstract	In the city of Bogotá there are various places of historical and cultural importance at the national level. Over time, several of these have entered a state of deterioration and neglect, causing empty urban heritage. An example of this is the estate estate of Jorge Eliecer Gaitán located in the town of Teusaquillo. The Jorge Eliecer Gaitán patrimonial estate comprises 3 commemorative elements which are: Jorge Eliecer Gaitan House Museum as one of the first National Monuments of Colombia, the Jorge Eliecer Gaitan exploratory designed by Rogelio Salmona and Gloria Gaitán with the conception of carrying out a cultural center as a symbol of the death of Jorge Eliecer Gaitán, and lastly, the streetcar caused by the events that occurred on April 9, 1948. This area is closed to the public due to the deterioration of the place, causing the loss of recognition and commemoration of the events mentioned above. When analyzing the determinants of the patrimonial polygon, in this project 3 aspects are evidenced that negatively influence the place and the urban mesh of Bogotá, which are: 1) Urban heterotopia, 2). no place and 3) inverted ruin. So, an urban intervention is carried out in the town of Teusaquillo and the restoration of the Jorge Eliecer Gaitán heritage estate.	spa
