dc.description.abstract	Esta investigación tiene como propósito el diseño de un Centro multicultural inclusivo ubicado en la localidad de Chapinero, Bogotá, siendo solución a la evidente necesidad de espacios culturales que sean adaptados y accesibles para fomentar la plena participación de la comunidad, especialmente enfocados a los grupos de personas con movilidad reducida, adultos mayores y grupos vulnerables, por lo tanto, se pretende atender el déficit de los equipamientos culturales en el sector, abordando en gran parte las barreras arquitectónicas y sociales que han limitado el acceso equitativo y la participación activa de la comunidad. Esta propuesta se fundamenta mediante un enfoque de diseño inclusivo, accesibilidad y tecnología digital, considerando la diversidad de usuarios desde la etapa conceptual hasta su implantación, logrando integrar las diferentes estrategias arquitectónicas que garanticen una óptima interacción con el entorno y la participación ciudadana, es por ello que se analizaran referentes como el centro Pompidou en parís, el centro cultural Gabriel García Márquez en Bogotá y por ultimo los centros integrarte, destacando diferentes factores que pueden potenciar la aplicación al proyecto. En términos metodológicos, se considerará abordar enfoques mixtos tanto cuantitativos como cualitativos, abordando diagnósticos del lugar tanto arquitectónicas, urbanísticas como sociales, estudio de referentes importantes a tratar, análisis de la normativa vigente y su implementación en la planificación urbana del sector, así como también entrevistas y encuestas, que permitirán identificar que estrategias son óptimas para aplicarlas al proyecto. Este proyecto pretende no solo solventar el déficit de la oferta cultural del sector, sino también logre consolidarse como un foco significativo alineado con los enfoques inclusivos y accesibles que atienda las necesidades actuales de equidad y sostenibilidad social en la comunidad.	spa
