dc.description	El barrio Las Cruces que se desvinculó del centro histórico en los años setenta del siglo pasado, presenta en la actualidad una serie de problemáticas no solo a nivel urbano sino a nivel social, cultural y económico. Este proyecto pretende, mediante diferentes acciones, fortalecer el tejido social reconociendo el valor de sus prácticas socioculturales, así como las tradiciones ligadas al lugar en las formas de habitar promoviendo la integración con el centro histórico (al cual ha sido incorporado recientemente) y con los demás barrios con los que limita.	spa
