dc.description	El municipio de Guachetá en sus 483 años (uno más que Bogotá) se ha establecido como un nodo de la minería y de la producción de lácteos en la provincia de Ubaté, Cundinamarca y a lo largo de los años ha visto cómo su desarrollo urbano se ha visto limitado por la migración de sus habitantes a otros lugares de la región por la falta de oportunidades y variedad de actividades dentro del municipio, así mismo por la pérdida y olvido de la identidad y los valores culturales del municipio, esto ha llevado consigo al deterioro urbano y desaparición del patrimonio arquitectónico y cultural del lugar. Este proyecto propende la revitalización urbana y cultural del municipio a partir de herramientas diseño urbano que fortalezcan el valor patrimonial y cultural del municipio para así garantizar un renacer que consiga arraigar a sus habitantes y propiciar espacios de turismo y reconocimiento regional.	spa
dc.description.abstract	The municipality of Guachetá in its 483 years (one more than Bogotá) has established itself as a node of mining and dairy production in the province of Ubaté, Cundinamarca and over the years it has seen how its urban development has grown limited by the migration of its inhabitants to other places in the region due to the lack of opportunities and variety of activities within the municipality, as well as the loss and forgetfulness of the identity and cultural values of the municipality, this has led to deterioration urban and disappearance of the architectural and cultural heritage of the place. This project encourages the urban and cultural revitalization of the municipality based on urban design tools that strengthen the heritage and cultural value of the municipality in order to guarantee a rebirth that manages to root its inhabitants and promote spaces for tourism and regional recognition.	spa
