dc.description	Chapinero occidental es un barrio ubicado en el sector de galerías, localidad de Teusaquillo (u.p.z.100 galerías), históricamente en la década de 1920 se inició la construcción de la localidad que fue el símbolo del florecimiento y desarrollo urbanístico que tuvo Bogotá, caracterizado por ser la zona de residencia de la clase alta de aquel entonces y por sus diferentes tipologías arquitectónicas , han implementado planes parciales que consolidan la localidad como un punto de actividad residencial, comercial y administrativo como es el caso del p.p.r.u ciudad can. que concentra varios edificios institucionales y el y el p.p.r.u salitre oriental por otra parte en su límite oriental por la av. caracas se encuentra en un estado de deterioro urbano que ha dejado un sector de la localidad con potencial estratégico en la marginación, este proceso ha afectado la comunidad que ha denunciado las problemáticas sociales que se presentan en esta área deteriorada, al encontrar Por este motivo es seleccionado el polígono localizado en el barrio chapinero de occidente con la finalidad de identificar una solución urbana que detenga el deterioro físico y direccione una adecuada planificación en el área escogida, por medio del análisis de los sistemas de la estructura urbana del área como lo son: los usos del suelo, el Sistema vial, el Sistema ambiental, de Equipamientos y el estudio de referentes teóricos que argumenten la actuación en el sector.	spa
dc.description.abstract	The western Chapinero neighborhood is located in the gallery sector, Teusaquillo locality (upz100 galleries), within the neighborhood a polygon is drawn that limits to the north on Calle 61, to the south on Calle 58, to the east Avenida Caracas, and to the west, Carrera 16. Historically, in the 1920s, the construction of the town began, a symbol of the flourishing and urban development that Bogotá had, characteristic for being the area of residence of the upper class at that time and for its different typologies architectural, have implemented partial plans that consolidate the town as a point of residential, commercial and administrative activity as is the case of the PPRU Ciudad Can, which concentrates several institutional buildings, on the other hand in its eastern boundary by av. Caracas is in a state of urban deterioration that has left a sector of the town with strategic potential in marginalization, this process has affected the community that has denounced the social problems that arise in this deteriorated area. For this reason, the polygon located in the western Chapinero neighborhood is selected in order to identify an urban solution that stops physical deterioration and directs adequate planning in the chosen area, through the analysis of the urban structure systems of the area. such as: land uses, the road system, the environmental system, equipment and the study of theoretical references that argue the performance in the sector.	spa
