dc.description	En este trabajo de investigación, se hace el respectivo análisis en diferentes escalas territoriales de la situación en la que se encuentra el departamento del Chocó, Municipio de Quibdó, comuna 1, en cuanto a la parte medioambiental y todo el proceso que conlleva un adecuado desarrollo del bienestar humano, partiendo así mismo de una necesidad y un derecho básico como lo es la vivienda, observando las condiciones de las viviendas actuales de la población, así mismo, investigando las vivencias y cotidianidades de las personas que habitan este municipio y contribuyendo a que la población tenga la posibilidad de acceder a una vivienda de bajo costo y que aporte a todo el proceso medioambiental y bioclimático, ya que este es uno de los lugares más vulnerables, con altos índices de contaminación. De igual forma se toma como referentes los modelos ya existentes de vivienda productiva, internacionales y nacionales para así encontrar, adecuar y realizar un modelo de vivienda nuevo, que contribuya a una buena calidad de vida hablando desde el punto de diseño arquitectónico, la mejora del alcantarillado y confortabilidad que permita el pleno desarrollo de la comunidad.	spa
dc.description.abstract	In this research work, the respective analysis is made at different territorial scales of the situation in the department of Chocó, Municipality of Quibdó, commune 1, in terms of the environmental part and the whole process that leads to an adequate development of human welfare, starting also from a need and a basic right such as housing, observing the conditions of the current housing of the population, as well as investigating the experiences and daily life of the people who live in this municipality and contributing to the population having the possibility of having access to low-cost housing and contributing to the whole environmental and bioclimatic process, since this is one of the most vulnerable places, with high levels of contamination. In the same way, the existing models of productive, international and national housing are taken as references in order to find, adapt and create a new housing model that contributes to a good quality of life from the point of view of architectural design, improvement of sewage and comfort that allows the full development of the community.	spa
