dc.description	Teniendo en cuenta el problema de la educación superior y la vinculación laboral a nivel nacional, iniciamos a enmarcar el propósito de nuestro proyecto, que es realizar un centro tecnológico enfocado al sector agropecuario y ambiental, el cual después del análisis realizado en esta zona de la sabana de occidente donde abarca los municipios de Mosquera, Madrid y Funza. Se pudo evidenciar el déficit de educación superior y la tasa de desempleo en estos sectores, lo que esta conviertiendo el municipio de Funza y sus alrededores en una “ciudad dormitorio”. En donde tienen que desplazarse a la ciudad de Bogota y demas municipios para estudiar y buscar un trabajo formal. Es ahí donde entra el equipamiento a realizar un papel importante , que es a través de la eduacion superior, se forman, capacitan y vinculan laboralmente la población del municipio de Funza y la región, con énfasis en el sector agropecuario que es la economía fuerte del municipio Es un equipamiento educativo de carácter regional es decir que no solo será para función del municipio de Funza si no para los municipios de la periferia de la sabana de occidente. El modelo que se propone no es el tradicional, es uno enfocado a la practica empresarial es decir instructor a aprendiz. En donde las personas que se formen en el CENTEC [Centro Tecnológico agropecuario y ambiental Funza]. A través de la práctica se formarán personas con conocimientos en la agricultura orgánica y la ganadería ecológica. Las dos fuentes de la economía de la sabana de occidente y es el sustento de muchas familias que habitan Funza y alrededores. Esto permite mayor formación formal en estas áreas de la economía incrementando la economía local y generando más fuentes de empleo. Adicionalmente el equipamiento cuenta con servicios complementarios como son el auditorio, restaurante, áreas libres, zonas deportivas y una administración lo que genera un uso doble al equipamiento arquitectónico, lo que incentiva la participación activa del proyecto y atraerá personas no solo las que se formen en le mismo, sino las que realicen las actividades que se dan en el lugar.	spa
dc.description.abstract	Taking into account the problem of higher education and the labor relationship at the national level, we began to frame the purpose of our project, which is to carry out a technology center focused on the agricultural and environmental sector, which after the analysis carried out in this area of the western savanna where it encompasses the municipalities of Mosquera, Madrid, and Funza.
