Hospital SAMAR: Sistema Arquitectónico Modular para Atención Renal

Abstract

Esta investigación está dirigida al diseño del hospital Samar: un modelo basado en la arquitectura modular. Con el fin de mejorar la asistencia para pacientes renales en el país; al mismo tiempo, la obra nace como una reacción frente a los hospitales poco adaptables ante crisis sanitarias. De resultas de ello, el proyecto incorpora la flexibilidad y opciones de crecimiento ordenado: condiciones indispensables que permiten responder con rapidez a las exigencias de los servicios de salud. Durante el desarrollo de este proyecto se introduce la metodología BIM (Building Information Modeling); donde este sistema sirve como ayuda en la organización, diseño y control de la infraestructura. De esta manera por medio de este camino se establece una unión entre las disciplinas que hacen la obra: esto permite cuidar los recursos disponibles. De acuerdo a esta idea de un modelo adaptable, se pretende proponer un hospital replicable en Mosquera; de ahí que se complemente la cobertura especializada en la región.

This research focuses on the design of the Samar hospital: a facility rooted in modular architecture. To that end, the goal is to improve care for renal patients nationwide; concurrently, the initiative emerges as a response to conventional hospitals lacking adaptability during health crises. By virtue of this, the blueprint integrates flexibility and systematic expansion capabilities: essential conditions that enable a swift response to the demands of healthcare services. During the execution of this project, the Building Information Modeling (BIM) framework is introduced; in a similar vein, this system functions as a support for the planning, design, and management of the infrastructure. Henceforth, through this approach, a cohesive bond is established among the disciplines involved in the construction: this ensures the conservation of available resources. In alignment with the concept of a versatile model, the objective is to deliver a replicable hospital in Mosquera; consequently, the specialized medical coverage within the region will be successfully expanded.
