Intervención y mejoramiento del complejo turístico y el malecón, articulando con el municipio de Cáqueza Cundinamarca

Abstract

An urban-architectural proposal was made in the municipality of Cáqueza Cundinamarca where tourism is articulated and further promoted in the municipality. The intervention area was recognized in order to know what exists at the time and also the needs. An urban-architectural proposal was made where the main access of the municipality, the boardwalk of the Cáqueza river and the tourist complex was articulated and renewed. A recognition and analysis of the current regulations in force was made, several participatory workshops with the community, exhaustive analyzes were carried out to know the predominant characteristics of the municipality and also of its community. As a result, an articulating instrument is obtained that promotes tourism and reduces the social and cultural uprooting that the municipality currently has.
