La zona de los humedales Tierra Blanca y Neuta se localizan al sur occidente del casco urbano del municipio
de Soacha, entre los barrios Ducales, Santa Ana y Compartir en la Comuna Uno. En donde se plantea la
intervención urbana del territorio como estrategia de recuperación de y conexión ecosistémica de los
humedales, debido a la fuerte presión urbanística a la que se están viendo sometidos, mediante la propuesta
de esta pieza urbana conectara los humedales y permitirá la articulación de esta zona con los centros
urbanos del municipio, Logrando que los ecosistemas puedan perduran en el tiempo. Además, al recuperar
la belleza paisajística del humedal, la cual por su ubicación geográfica y sus condiciones fisiográficas es de gran
valor. trae una serie de beneficios para el territorio y la población ya que el óptimo funcionamiento de estos
ecosistemas contribuye con los procesos de infiltración en la red hídrica del municipio y minimizando los
impactos del cambio climático, en cuanto a la parte social el proyecto ayudara a mitigar la expansión ilegal,
la contaminación y el deterioro del municipio de esta manera sus habitantes podrán acceder a tener una
mejor calidad de vida en donde encuentren un territorio con menos contaminación y que genere más
oportunidades para la gente.
Abstract
The area of the Tierra Blanca and Neuta wetlands are located to the south west of the urban area of the
municipality of Soacha, between the Ducales, Santa Ana and Compartir neighborhoods in Commune Uno.
Where the urban intervention of the territory is proposed as a strategy for the recovery of and ecosystem
connection of the wetlands, due to the strong urban pressure to whichthey are being subjected, through
the proposal of this urban piece, it will connect the wetlands and allow the articulation of this area with the
urban centers of the municipality, achieving that the ecosystems can they last in time. In addition, when
recovering the scenic beauty of the wetland, which due to its geographical location and its physiographic
conditions is of great value. brings a series of benefits for the territory and the population since the optimal
functioning of these ecosystems contributes to the processes of infiltration in the water network of the
municipality and minimizing the impacts of climate change, in terms of the social part the project will help to
mitigatethe illegal expansion, pollution and deterioration of the municipality in this way its inhabitants will be
able to access a better quality of life where they find a territory with less pollution and that generates
more opportunities for people.
