La acupuntura como estrategia de revitalización del tejido territorial y socioeconómico del municipio de Güepsa Santander. Estrategias de intervención bajo contextos rurales

Abstract

Starting from the focus of applied research, that is, integrating strategies that, when they are matched in theory, allow to be applied to the problem of study posed; Urban acupuncture concepts and revitalization strategies were investigated and implemented under rural contexts in the municipality of Güepsa Santander. The problem of the municipality is centered on the disarticulation of the urban-rural fabric from the perspective of productivity and the dichotomy that exists in the territory, since on the one hand Güepsa is a very productive territory and on the other it has serious difficulties in socioeconomic and infrastructure. Due to this, the main objective of the research is to intervene in three strategic nodes within the municipality, which allow favoring both the territorial habitat, as well as its socioeconomic and productive well-being. To address the problem, a methodology composed of three stages was used: the first stage consisted of the analysis and characterization of the municipality, in historical, social, physical, spatial and economic matters. The second stage was based on conceptualizing and establishing a theoretical framework from which the justification of the interventions would rest, and the last stage was based on the projection and application of acupuncture and revitalization strategies on the municipality.
