Plan parcial desarrollo fracto-ambiental, conexión fractal entre dos cuerpos de agua

Abstract

The development of the degree project is presented, which seeks to solve problems found in the social, political, urban, architectural, among others, right in the middle of two important ecosystems being these the Tierra Blanca and Neuta wetlands located in the west of the municipality of Soacha- Cundinamarca where there is a settlement of informal origin, the above was advanced with the idea of finding the most convenient and sustainable type of urban intervention for this particular sector, since policies such as the right to decent housing in addition to the policies that protect the wetlands and the relationship with other neighborhoods further complicate the type of intervention to be developed. The work is based on several theories and concepts, the most important of which are the fractal theory applied to urbanism and the concepts of spatial justice, ecotone and transect. Based on the above, the project is presented as an integrator of different environments, the first being the connection between two separate wetlands and the second being the anthropic as two neighborhoods, one of formal origin and the other of informal origin, which in summary would be the point of convergence between four neighborhoods, two informal, one formal and one in development, in addition to the wetlands.
