T-EJIDO HÁBITAT PROPUESTA DE PROTOTIPO Y AGRUPACIÓN DE VIVIENDA PARA EL REASENTAMIENTO DEL BARRIO PESCADORES EN TURBO, ANTIOQUIA

Abstract

The present grade work is an investigation that deals with the incidents between the clash of the natural habitat and the habitat built for the Pescadores neighborhood of Turbo Antioquia, this exploration allows us to understand that the informal settlements that have reached the region contribute to the pollution of a large ecological structure of the municipality (the mangrove) which has several vital functions with the ecosystems that act in it; For this reason, the research focuses on finding from architecture the best proposal to be able to make a symbiosis between the natural and built avoiding the clash that currently exists. The project is divided into three phases which are related to each other and follow a logical sequence; In the first place, it is to find a way to restore this mangrove through social scientific tourism as an economic concept, which is responsible for building tourism through the preservation and research of areas of biological importance; followed by this it is necessary to find an optimal way to inhabit the place by the residents of the Pescadores neighborhood, and for this, participation workshops and some architectural and urban concepts are carried out to develop a grouping model for said neighborhood. Finally, the project focuses its vision on the rehabilitation of the built habitat (housing) understood as the built core where each inhabitant of the neighborhood carries out all their day-to-day activities, for this reason it must meet the basic needs and contribute to the physical and social development of each one of them.
