    Abstract

    El presente trabajo da a conocer el análisis realizado en la ciudad de Bogotá, en la Institución Educativa Distrital Codema, donde se pretendía conocer como se había llevado a cabo la aplicabilidad de las Rutas de Atención Integral para la prevención y Mitigación de Violencia Escolar, dadas por el Ministerio de educación Nacional como política pública a través de la Ley 1620 de 2013 la cual creo el Sistema Nacional de Convivencia escolar y Formación para el ejercicio de los Derechos Humanos, la educación para la sexualidad y la prevención y mitigación de violencia escolar, en respuesta al llamado dado por la UNESCO en el año 2007 a poner fin al fenómeno de la violencia en las escuelas. Por lo anterior las instituciones educativas asumieron la responsabilidad en la formación de los niños, niñas y adolescentes, basada en una formación integral e interdisciplinar, donde se logre un aporte significativo en su desarrollo cognitivo, procedimental y actitudinal, en el que a su vez sea capaz de reconocer los riesgos que viven las instituciones en la actualidad como parte de una realidad social y de manera fundamental que no vulnere sus Derechos o los de su entorno. Para el desarrollo del análisis se trabajó con base a los objetivos de la investigación a través de la realización de entrevistas semiestructuradas en el que se identifican los comportamientos de los estudiantes frente a situaciones de violencia y el manejo dado por los docentes a dichas situaciones siguiendo los protocolos estipulados por la Ruta de Atención Integral
