    Abstract

    En la práctica educativa que se realiza en las instituciones de educación superior va surgiendo día a día la necesidad de agrupar y configurar un enfoque diferencial orientado a la heterogeneidad de poblaciones dentro del aula, esto con el fin de derribar las barreras de exclusión y promover nuevas herramientas de enseñanza que permitan aprender de la diversidad y así, poder generar diálogos interculturales dentro de un contexto académico. Las universidades deben replantear ciertos aspectos dentro de su qué hacer educativo, los cuales van a permitir que el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje, se configure y encamine a generar el aula y por ende la Universidad, como un lugar y un espacio de difusión cultural que respeta e incluye la diversidad étnica de sus actores
