    Abstract

    Las micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas (Mipymes) en Colombia son fundamentales en el desarrollo económico del país. La planeación estratégica se consolida como herramienta fundamental para estas organizaciones, por tanto, posibilita un desarrollo controlado y coherente de las mismas, y sirve como guía orientadora en el cumplimiento de los objetivos y estrategias organizacionales. Debido a lo anterior, se realizó la presente investigación con el fin de diseñar un plan estratégico para la empresa AEMC CONSTRUCCIONES Y CONSULTORIA S.A.S, y así agilizar procesos y operaciones en su entorno, tanto interno como externo. Por medio de este plan estratégico se propusieron objetivos dirigidos hacia innovación, competitividad, y eficiencia, además de implementar estrategias, con el fin de generar oportunidades y adquisición de experiencia, a nivel operacional como administrativo, ceñido por un modelo de gerencia eficaz y confiable.
