Humedad por filtración en cubiertas-terraza de la vivienda informal en el barrio Buenavista: Estudio de caso

Abstract

The proposal to elaborate a booklet arises from the need to foresee a future pathology of humidity by filtration in the terrace roofs of the informal dwellings, seen from the fault in the constructive processes of the same, the little care in the different generalities that are exposed the covers in this environment and that do not have the professional, normative and technical intervention that improves its main purpose which is to provide a degree of isolation to those who inhabit the home. The previous proposal also arises thanks to results that were obtained through a case study carried out on the terrace decks of the informal dwellings of Barrio Buenavista, the first city of Bogotá. Humidity control is fundamental in the proper functioning of any home. The management of this is important to protect the occupants of adverse effects on health and to protect it, within the direct impact that can generate moisture in buildings, without depending on the type of covers applied, you will find several types of flaws in several cases, this being a pathological problem which must be addressed before the failure is found. Finally, it is determined to prepare a booklet with the objective of reflecting what has been learned in the different semesters of the technology in constructions in order to anticipate this pathology and be a connection between the empirical self-builder and the regulations, interventions and professional supervisions to improve the quality of your terrace decks.
