    Abstract

    Este proyecto arquitectónico presenta el resultado del análisis realizado en el barrio Villa Gloria en la localidad de Ciudad Bolívar, y que hace parte, como elemento articulador, de la renovación que está ejecutando la Alcaldía de Bogotá con la construcción del sistema de transporte masivo TransMiCable; con este proyecto se pretende estimular las actividades culturales, públicas, colectivas e individuales de un sector que presenta serios problemas de espacio público. El proyecto se desarrolla a partir del concepto de Metamorfosis, que se aplica como un proceso de cambio que se ejecuta en varios intervalos. Estos intervalos están relacionados con el Urbanismo Táctico, el cual fomenta, desarrolla, proyecta y transforma. Empleando unos principios compositivos relacionados con las estrategias de intervención se encuentran los análisis: Táctica Colectiva, Táctica Entorno, Táctica Urbana y Táctica de Innovación, que ofrecen una respuesta a las condiciones físicas del territorio y espaciales de bienestar social, para el desarrollo de actividades culturales.
