Abstract

This document is the result of an investigation with the objective of generating an architectural proposal of a Specialized Attention Center (CAE) for young people in conflict with the law. This project is focused on seeking the re-socialization of young people in the community by proposing an architectural model that includes spaces where activities can be developed that can strengthen their skills and abilities, helping them to reintegrate into society and avoid re-incidents. This is supported in accordance with the document CONPES 3629 - 2009 of the National Council of Economic and Social Policy - National Planning Department, which outlines the need to strengthen the national infrastructure for the Adolescent Criminal Responsibility System (PACS) and adequate attention to Young. Having said the above, we seek to expose through the hypothesis that by developing spaces that feed the particular being that is confined in these centers, generating spaces where they can carry out activities that enrich their social and community skills, and thus from the architecture can strengthen the The initial objective of these detention centers, that is, of reintegration and rehabilitation.
