    Abstract

    La presente monografía se desarrolla a partir de los sistemas en construcción en seco, los cuales han presentado varios inconvenientes por la utilización de láminas de yeso y fibrocemento, estos sistemas presentan fallas en cuestiones acústicas, en importantes factores involucrados con la calidad de vida de las personas, y los altos costos económicos que no han permitido su completa dinamización en el sector de la construcción. Es por esto que se pretende enfocar la investigación a una propuesta de sistema de paneles prefabricados para vivienda, con un diseño tipo sándwich, compuesto por guadua laminada y granulados (madera-caucho) reciclados, que formen parte de los sistemas prefabricados en seco y hagan uso de materiales innovadores y sostenibles menos costosos, además respondan a las necesidades de aislamiento acústico de una vivienda, e igualmente reúnan las condiciones técnicas para el mejoramiento de vida de las personas.
