This is why, the present case study tends to establish a process of cleaning up such a lesion, that is, it is about measuring the level of degradation of the natural surface every time it marinates. We have given the task of calling "photo degradation", and thus define an approach that allows its improvement respect. In other words, for all these reasons, and in sense that guadua is easily a material that can be used to generate architectural nuances, not only in the facades but also in the bases of the construction of structures, present work, attempt to recognize advantages.     Abstract

    Como proposición teórica por confirmar, se planteó que los cambios de color presentes en una estructura de guadua, se pueden prevenir gracias a la utilización de disolución de aceites o sustancias resinosas bloqueadoras de rayos uv, este proceso primordial es a fin de minimizar los daños constantes a la edificación, se analiza de acuerdo a visita de campo que hay carencia de protección a la luz directa y sombra durante el día en las viviendas estudio de caso nombradas en este documento. El presente trabajo se orientó a la investigación de la fotodegradación en la guadua y su solución por temas de restauración, sobre el caso en dos viviendas diseñadas, construidas e intervenidas por la misma constructora. Las construcciones en guadua están sometidas a la acción de condiciones climáticas como: la humedad y el sol, estos hacen que la estructura presente decoloración de su material sobre su superficie, las cuales exigen un tratamiento en el lugar de acuerdo al tipo de afectación presentada. Es por esto que, el presente estudio estableció un proceso de saneamiento a tal lesión, realizando una investigación por el tema mencionado, se trata de medir el nivel de degradación sobre la superficie de la guadua y la metodología aplicada cada vez que fue intervenida esta, a partir de un aspecto denominado “fotodegradación”, a fin de definir un enfoque que permita su respectivo mejoramiento y beneficio. Por estas razones, y al entender que la guadua es un material que se combina para generar matices arquitectónicos, no solamente en las fachadas sino también en las bases de construcciones de estructuras sobretodo rurales. El presente trabajo intentó reconocer las ventajas de este noble material y sus posibles mejores cuidados, a partir del estudio de caso identificado, de una casa ubicada en el Condominio Las Pirámides en Chinauta y una segunda vivienda para realizar una comparación y obtención de resultados, casa Ojeda en Silvania, proyectos ambos realizados por la constructora ZUARQ dedicada a utilizar la guadua exclusivamente como material de construcción. Se concluyó que la guadua es un material que permite utilizarse para la construcción desde viviendas, hasta estructuras de alta complejidad como puentes, es un material que por ser natural, está expuesto a agentes bióticos y abióticos que la hacen vulnerable, es por esto que un proceso de extracción adecuado, un inmunizado correcto, un diseño a protección por rayos uv apropiado, acompañado de un mantenimiento con productos que garanticen calidad y garantías, permiten conservar y proteger las edificaciones construidas en este material por más tiempo, reduciendo costos y perdidas de material por daños que pueden comprometer la estructura de la edificación. Como resultado del análisis obtenido, utilizando la comparación de las viviendas visitadas y recopilación de datos recolectados, es aconsejable utilizar disolución de aceites o sustancias resinosas bloqueadoras de rayos uv, que permitan proteger la guadua del sol, se realizó un análisis en donde se compara precio de mano de obra, precio del producto aplicable y unidad de guadua, permitiendo conocer cuál es la opción más viable, dando como resultado que es más económico cambiar piezas afectadas en gran medida que hacer restauración, teniendo en cuenta que este proceso amerita un análisis previo por personal idóneo ya que se puede comprometer la estructura, esto depende de la decisión del cliente o propietario.
