Lineamientos para la formulación de un PEMP en el centro histórico del municipio de Nobsa, departamento de Boyacá

Abstract

The formulation of a Special Protection and Management Plan (SPMP) to the historic town center of Nobsa aims to rescue the heritage and cultural values that identify the municipality with the department and the country, putting them ahead of industrial activity in recent years is what has represented the municipality; for that guidelines for the full recovery of BIC in the historic center will be established, the green areas that have potential for the development of industry and trade integration in an organized manner was projected, so the inventory and diagnosis will be made generally be identified this in the town in order to route it into the national recovery plan of the historic centers of Colombia heritage. This central objective is to highlight the potential revitalization of the town from the cultural activities and the provision of public space that can generate a municipality with cultural features that Nobsa.
