    Abstract

    Esta investigación, tiene como objetivo Analizar la propuesta curricular, pedagógica y didáctica del SENA, con el fin de fortalecer la competencia lectora, a partir de una propuesta pedagógica que posibilite la formación de un sujeto integral. Para lograr este objetivo, se realizó una investigación con un enfoque analítico descriptivo, basado en fuentes de información primaria y secundaria, el análisis de estas permitieron encontrar la existencia de una competencia lectora en la propuesta curricular, pedagógica y didáctica del SENA, sin embargo en la práctica docente no se desarrolla, por lo que su fortalecimiento se hace necesario
