For this reason, it is proposed through design features and criteria, the implementation of a network where the nodes are the spots of maximum intervention, giving these different components that characterize and renew them from the existing ones and equipment available in the area and, thus enable the reconnection, articulation and new networks that potentiate and permeate the border that appears in both neighborhoods. From these new nodes, there will be made new connections focused on the mobility of the area, reorganizing and promoting alternative means of transport that allow and encourage the new nodes. That way, from the networks for coexistence, connect the center of Los Mártires with the city.     Abstract

    En esta investigación se examina como la ciudad y sus diferentes relaciones entre las redes han ocasionado una desconexión y desarticulación de sus componentes físico, simbólico, político y social, a través de la evaluación de diferentes barrios en la localidad de los Mártires se puede establecer al barrio El Listón y La Sabana como puntos de intervención puesto que presentan mayor problemáticas en estos aspectos. Por ello se plantea a través de características y criterios de diseño la implementación de una red donde los nodos sean los puntos de mayor intervención dándole a estos diferentes componentes que los caracterice y renueve a partir de los componentes y equipamientos existentes en el sector y así permitir la reconexión, articulación y nuevas redes que potencialicen y permeen el borde que se presenta en ambos barrios. A partir de estos nuevos nodos se realizarán nuevas conexiones enfocadas en la movilidad del sector, re organizando y promoviendo medios alternativos de transporte que permita e incentive los nuevos nodos. Y así a partir de las redes para la convivencia conectar el centro de los Mártires con la ciudad.
