From the above, the sub-region of La Mojana, in the municipal seat of San Marcos (Sucre), (area characterized as humid-tropical forest, with the presence of rivers and swamps that make this an eco-region type wetland.) is a region that is affected by the constant climatic variables that have generated fluvial overflows and floods of high risk to the inhabitants, dwellings and goods of the swamp, which in addition, have been excluded by state institutions forming a context complex and urgent solution. Therefore, and in order to respond to these problems, it is intended to generate changes with the designs and constructions of technical cooperation projects between the studies of architecture and government policies through a social housing project in response to the conditions of risk from its functionality, materiality and habitability, which is articulated from the inside to the outside by means of the configuration of communal spaces, cultural and economic exchanges that act in favor of the municipality's natural heritage and become the axis of use and territorial organization for the San Marcos swamp.     Abstract

    En un país como Colombia existen políticas de vivienda denominadas “de interés social” para las poblaciones que no tiene la accesibilidad a obtenerla. Dada la extensión del territorio colombiano y sus particularidades geográficas, los prototipos de vivienda deben responder a las condiciones del contexto, así como a problemas sociales, culturales, ambientales y geográficos. Al tratar de implementar una vivienda estándar como la de interés social se empieza a evidenciar problemas de materialidad, construcción, diseño e incluso de aceptación por partes de los beneficiarios que no solo buscan suplir una necesidad, sino poder obtener un sentido de pertenencia desde su vivienda con el contexto en el que habita. A partir de lo anterior, la sub-región de La Mojana, en la cabecera municipal de San Marcos (Sucre), (zona caracterizada como bosque húmedo-tropical, con la presencia de ríos y ciénagas que hacen de esta una eco-región tipo humedal.) es una región que se encuentra afectada por las constantes variables climáticas que han generado desbordamientos fluviales e inundaciones de alto riesgo hacia los habitantes, viviendas y bienes de la ciénaga, que además, se han visto excluidos por las instituciones estatales formando un contexto complejo y de urgente solución. Por ende, y con el fin de dar respuesta a estas problemáticas, se pretende generar cambios con los diseños y con las construcciones de proyectos de cooperación técnica entre los estudios de la arquitectura y las políticas de gobierno a través de un proyecto de vivienda social en respuesta a las condiciones de riesgo desde su funcionalidad, materialidad y habitabilidad, que se articule desde el interior hacia el exterior por medio de la configuración de espacios comunales, de intercambios culturales y económicos que actúen a favor del patrimonio natural del municipio y se convierta en el eje de aprovechamiento y organización territorial para la ciénaga de San Marcos.
