dc.descriptionColombia se ha caracterizado por ser un país rico en eco sistemas hídricos que permiten la conexión y transporte marítimo entre las principales ciudades costeras del país ya que por su ubicación geográfica promueven y garantizan el desarrollo económico, más específicamente nos centramos en pacifico chocoano ya que al ser una importante ruta de trasporte marítimo y el aprovechamiento eco turístico del mismo, respetando siempre la biodiversidad y las reservas ambientales que nos ofrece Nuquí. La siguiente investigación nace a partir de las potencialidades que posee el pacifico chocoano, la crisis de saturación portuaria del país, el aprovechamiento del ecoturismo como modelo económico de las regiones costeras y la falta de planificación en la estructura urbana del municipio de NuquÍ (Chocó). Por lo tanto, mediante estrategias de planificación se propone un modelo de ciudad portuaria que pueda generar crecimiento y transformación urbana en el territorio de Nuquí por medio de la articulación directa con un puerto marítimo y eco turístico como detonante de desarrollo urbano y que sea el principal potencializador económico de Nuquí para mejorar la calidad de vida de sus habitantes, ya que, gracias a la relación directa que tendrá la región con el resto del país y del mundo permitirá dar solución a todas las necesidades económicas, sociales y urbanas del actual municipio de Nuquí.spa
dc.description.abstractColombia has been characterized for being a country rich in eco-water systems that allow the connection and maritime transport between the main coastal cities of the country since, due to their geographic location, they promote and guarantee economic development, more specifically we focus on peaceful Chocoano since To be an important route of maritime transport and the eco tourist use of it, always respecting the biodiversity and environmental reserves that Nuquí offers us. The following research is based on the potential of the pacific Chocó, the crisis of port saturation in the country, the use of ecotourism as an economic model of coastal regions and the lack of planning in the urban structure of the municipality of Nuquí (Chocó). Therefore, through planning strategies, a port city model is proposed that can generate growth and urban transformation in the Nuquí territory through direct articulation with a seaport and tourist eco as a trigger for urban development and that is the main one. Nuquí economic potential to improve the quality of life of its inhabitants, since, thanks to the direct relationship that the region will have with the rest of the country and the world, it will be possible to solve all the economic, social and urban needs of the current municipality of Nuquí.spa
