El municipio de Sotaquirá se encuentra sobre la cordillera oriental que corresponde a la región Andina; está región comprende el sistema montañoso de los Andes compuesto por las tres cordilleras, la Occidental, la Central y la oriental. También ésta región se subdivide en sub-regiones dentro de las cuáles Sotaquirá se ubica en el altiplano Cundiboyacense. Lo cual la convierte en una de las más importantes regiones de explotación agrícola existiendo en el municipio una densificación poblacional alta y en su gran parte sin ningún nivel de escolaridad; Los cuales no están 100% contemplados en el esquema de ordenamiento territorial (EOT) municipio dando prioridad a la economía y la explotación de la tierra. Con base a lo anterior, se busca reconocer las problemáticas de la desescolarización a muy temprana edad de la población arrojando índices bajos de calidad de vida, ya que la población más vulnerable (10 - 18 años) se ve sometida a la alta labor agrícola pasando la actividad académica a un segundo plano, puesto que la infraestructura educativa del municipio tampoco permite un alto grado de desarrollo académico.De acuerdo a lo anterior, se propone generar un proyecto de equipamientos educativos para todo tipo de población de tal manera que en estos integren todas las bases de educación (Preescolar, básica media, secundaria y media técnica). Dando así más oportunidades de desarrollo y calidad de vida a la población.
Abstract
The municipality of Sotaquirá is on the Eastern mountain range that corresponds to the Andean region; This region includes the mountain system of the Andes, composed of the three mountain ranges, the western, the central and the eastern. It is also subdivided into regions within the regions Sotaquirá is located in the Cundiboyacense highlands. What makes it one of the most important regions of agricultural exploitation in the municipality there is a high population density and largely no level of schooling; Which are not 100% contemplated in the scheme of territorial ordering (EOT). Municipality giving priority to the economy and the exploitation of the land. Based on the above, it seeks to recognize the problems of the deschooling at a very early age of the population to give low rates of quality of life, since the most vulnerable population (10 - 18 years) academic activity in the background, post that the educational infrastructure of the municipality does not allow a high degree of academic development either. According to the above, it is proposed to generate a project of educational equipment for all types of population in the same way as these in the context of the bases of education (preschool, basic, secondary and technical media). Thus giving more opportunities for development and quality of life to the population
