dc.description	En Colombia desde el año 2010 se presenta un incremento exponencial en el hacinamiento carcelario, en donde la fiscalía general de la nación para el año 2017 reportó 1.300 reincidentes, y en el 2019 reportó 22,507 personas detenidas, de las cuales aproximadamente 2.700 ya tenían prontuario delictivo, aumentando así al 110% la reincidencia en delitos como el hurto agravado, violencia intrafamiliar, homicidio, tráfico de estupefacientes y acoso sexual. El propósito de esta investigación es desarrollar un centro de reintegración social que facilite la adecuada adaptación de las personas que recuperan su libertad. Se espera que este centro brinde a esta población un mayor acceso a las oportunidades que ofrece la sociedad en general. El proyecto se encuentra ubicado en el barrio Industrial Centenario, con fácil acceso a importantes vías como la avenida NQS, avenida las Américas, calle 13 y calle 19. Esta ubicación estratégica garantiza un acceso conveniente para las personas que formarán parte de este centro de resocialización. Para esto, se piensan diseñar estratégicamente espacios que cuenten con zonas naturales, produciendo en ellos bienestar y esparcimiento, así como también se contara con un sistema de ventilación e iluminación amigable con el medio ambiente. Asu vez cuenta con un programa arquitectónico adecuado para el desarrollo de dichas actividades que de igual manera a niveles bioclimáticos tiene confort lumínico, térmico, gracias a su envolvente.	spa
dc.description.abstract	In Colombia, since 2010, there has been an exponential increase in prison overcrowding, where the nation's attorney general's office reported 1,300 repeat offenders in 2017, and in 2019 it reported 22,507 people detained, of which approximately 2,700 already had a criminal record. , thus increasing recidivism in crimes such as aggravated robbery, domestic violence, homicide, drug trafficking and sexual harassment to 110%. The purpose of this research is to develop a social reintegration center that facilitates the adequate adaptation of people who regain their freedom. It is hoped that this center will provide this population with greater access to the opportunities offered by society at large. The project is located in the Industrial Centenario neighborhood, with easy access to important roads such as NQS Avenue, Las Américas Avenue, 13th Street and 19th Street. This strategic location guarantees convenient access for the people who will be part of this resocialization center. For this, we plan to strategically design spaces that have natural areas, producing wellbeing and recreation, as well as having an environmentally friendly ventilation and lighting system. At the same time, it has an architectural program suitable for the development of these activities that also has lighting and thermal comfort at bioclimatic levels, thanks to its envelope.	spa
