dc.description	El patrimonio arquitectónico industrial ha sufrido transformaciones de forma y función con el pasar del tiempo, que han dado lugar al desconocimiento de la historia y la ausencia del imaginario colectivo frente al desarrollo fabril en la ciudad, el traslado de las dinámicas industriales a la periferia urbana ha ocasionado que inmuebles como la fábrica Cervecería Andina se utilicen por debajo de su capacidad arquitectónica, restando valor a elementos ornamentales y al lenguaje de arquitectura fabril y de época que maneja. Por consiguiente, la propuesta del reciclaje arquitectónico del inmueble, está basada en la comprensión de las dinámicas urbanas y la resignificación, como elemento central de actuación en el patrimonio. Aquí el reciclaje del edificio se da mediante la hibridación de usos y actividades que respondan a la memoria colectiva del desarrollo de la industria cervecera, se plantea que la distribución interna y el programa arquitectónico dinamicen la relación del edificio con el centro de manzana y a su vez, en primer planta, las actividades comerciales, áreas sociales, permanencias y recorridos reactiven el flujo de personas al interior del edificio; en las siguientes plantas, ( de la dos a la seis) se llevan a cabo actividades mixtas entre auditorios, oficinas y áreas sociales, que mantienen la colectividad y delimitan la privacidad del espacio, sin embargo en la propuesta sobresale el desarrollo de una Galería Museo enfocada en la historia de los procesos de industrialización a través del crecimiento fabril.	spa
dc.description.abstract	The industrial architectural heritage has undergone transformations of form and function over time, which have led to ignorance of history and the absence of the collective imagination in the face of factory development in the city, the transfer of industrial dynamics to the urban periphery it has caused buildings such as the Cerveceria Andina factory to be used below their architectural capacity, detracting from ornamental elements and the language of factory and period architecture that it manages. Consequently, the proposal for the architectural recycling of the property is based on the understanding of urban dynamics and resignification, as a central element of action in heritage. Here the recycling of the building occurs through the hybridization of uses and activities that respond to the collective memory of the development of the beer industry, it is proposed that the internal distribution and the architectural program stimulate the relationship of the building with the city center and in turn , on the first floor, commercial activities, social areas, stays and tours reactivate the flow of people inside the building; In the following floors, (from two to six), mixed activities are carried out between auditoriums, offices and social areas, which maintain the community and limit the privacy of the space, however the proposal highlights the development of a Museum Gallery focused on the history of industrialization processes through factory growth.	spa
