dc.description	El proyecto aquí planteado es una intervención estratégica sobre el borde municipal para la mitigación del crecimiento urbano – industrial, a su vez una conexión entre lo urbano y lo rural, que se diseñará a partir del Plan Básico de Ordenamiento Territorial (PBOT - 2018) existente del municipio de Madrid, en el cual se efectúan actividades que buscan promover el sector agrícola nativo, para controlar el sector industrial a partir de elementos arquitectónicos junto con un complejo como centro agroecológico, para rescatar los aspectos históricos, agrícolas y económicos municipales, los cuales nacen del propósito revelado a continuación: Dicho propósito es proteger el borde urbano - rural que se ha perdido por la falta de prevención y contención al crecimiento urbano - industrial, por medio de nuevos e innovadores diseños arquitectónicos junto con estrategias de mitigación del borde, con funcionalidades caracterizadas como: turismo, educación, deporte, productividad y autogestión, que estarán en torno a la sostenibilidad, sustentabilidad y productividad en Madrid, Cundinamarca.	spa
