dc.description	Dada la situación actual en Funza, se busca ordenar y construir una Bio- ciudad para consolidar el área y utilizar su ubicación geográfica potencial, se busca transformar esta área ya que la ocupación existente no es adecuada para el desarrollo del territorio además que la forma en que se ocupa el territorio está degradando el ecosistema natural, es por esto que se orientara el territorio a ocuparse de una forma más orgánica, que exista un equilibrio entre el paisaje urbano y el natural, por consiguiente es analiza el territorio a partir de 3 teorías centradas en el desarrollo Urbano Inteligente y sostenible, entendiendo las problemáticas del territorio se desarrollan unos criterios de diseño y posterior se generan unas estrategias y acciones para esta zona del territorio Funzano. A partir de esto se diseñara una propuesta de intervención para el territorio sector El Hato, en este se busca promover el valor del Paisaje natural, ya que es de vital importancia para las ciudades entender la importancia de los ecosistemas naturales para nuestra vida cotidiana, además de los privilegios de salud para la comunidad, el objetivo de la intervención es configurar el territorio de forma que se vea una relación armoniosa entre el paisaje urbano y paisajístico, así garantizar la sustentabilidad de territorio.	spa
dc.description.abstract	Given the current situation in Funza, we seek to organize and build a Bio-city to consolidate the area and use its potential geographic location, we seek to transform this area since the existing occupation is not suitable for the development of the territory and the way in which the territory is occupied is degrading the natural ecosystem, this is why the territory will be oriented to be occupied in a more organic way, Therefore, the territory is analyzed from 3 theories focused on the Intelligent and sustainable urban development, understanding the problems of the territory, some design criteria are developed and then strategies and actions are generated for this area of the Funzano territory. Based on this, an intervention proposal will be designed for the El Hato sector territory, which seeks to promote the value of the natural landscape, since it is of vital importance for cities to understand the importance of natural ecosystems for our daily life, in addition to the health privileges for the community, the objective of the intervention is to configure the territory so that there is a harmonious relationship between the urban landscape and the landscape, thus ensuring the sustainability of the territory.	spa
