dc.description	Indudablemente la investigación y juzgamiento de los delitos sexuales en Colombia constituye uno de los puntos coyunturales y de mayor debate en cuanto al tema de garantías de orden penal; el mayor repudio social que generan este tipo de punibles, más aún en tratándose de aquellos cometidos contra menores de edad, ha hecho que el legislador colombiano en pro de la salvaguarda de los derechos que le asisten a las víctimas, especialmente el derecho a no ser revictimizados, autorice la incorporación de las entrevistas forenses practicadas a las presuntas víctimas en los albores del proceso mediante la figura de la prueba de referencia, situación que resulta problemática en la práctica judicial penal como quiera que dichas entrevistas en reiterados casos se vean atravesadas por diferentes tipos de sugestiones ejercidas sobre el entrevistado presunta víctima, bien por parte del entrevistador durante la realización de la entrevista o por parte de terceros, lo que evidentemente genera una transgresión de los derechos del procesado.	spa
dc.description.abstract	Undoubtedly, the investigation and prosecution of sexual crimes in Colombia constitutes one of the conjunctural points and the greatest debate regarding the issue of guarantees of criminal order; The greater social repudiation generated by this type of offense, even more so in the case of those committed against minors, has led the Colombian legislator in favor of safeguarding the rights of victims, especially the right not to be revictimized, authorize the incorporation of the forensic interviews carried out on the alleged victims at the beginning of the process through the figure of the reference test, a situation that is problematic in criminal judicial practice since said interviews in repeated cases are crossed by different types of suggestions exerted on the interviewee alleged victim, either by the interviewer during the interview or by third parties, which obviously generates a transgression of the rights of the accused.	spa
