dc.description	La localidad de Ciudad Bolívar es una de esas piezas urbanas llenas de multiplicidad de Bogotá, por sus diferentes formas de apropiación del territorio. Esta proyecto esta orientado a desarrollar un ejercicio de apropiación social en el territorio en el barrio el Mirador del Paraíso , por medio de un diseño arquitectónico y urbano entendiendo como conceptos principales , la arquitectura biofilica , el borde perirural y un elemento paisajístico importante que es el vacío periurbano ; a partir de estos conceptos se buscara la articulación de toda la pieza urbana y es así como fomentamos una herramienta que la denominamos “ Triada de Acción” , con los siguientes componentes: Físico , Social y Económico de esa manera se fundamenta el proyecto estableciendo como objetivo principal, el diseño de elementos arquitectónicos y urbanos que generen apropiación paisajística del territorio y fortalecimiento social denominado “CunTree, Eje Articulador de Reconocimiento Social.	spa
dc.description.abstract	The town of Ciudad Bolivar is one of those urban pieces full of multiplicity of Bogota , due to its different forms of appropriation of the territory . This project is aimed at developing an exercise of social appropriation in the territory in the Mirador del Paraiso neighborhood , though an architectural and urban design , understanding as main concepts , biophilic architecture , the perirural border and an important landscape element that is the periurban vacuum ; from these concepts , the articulation of the entire urban piece will be sought and that is how we promote a tool that we call “ Triad of Action” , with the following components, physical , Social and Economic inthis way the project is based , establishing the objective main , the desing of architectural and urban elements that generate landscaping appropriation of the territory and socail strengthening called “ Cun Tree , Articulating Axis of Social Recongnition”	spa
