dc.description	El Complejo Hospitalario Internacional Meraki (CHIM) será una institución del ministerio de salud el cual pretende incentivar un cambio de pensamiento en la Idiosincrasia Colombiana con respecto a la prestación de los servicios médicos. Integrar las especialidades médicas en un solo complejo en el que se encuentran varias modalidades de transporte como el Registran, el Metro, el Transmilenio, y convergen vías Nacionales además de regionales y tener operación de helipuertos, hace alegoría al concepto de integración , lo que alude a trabajar bajo la unión de todas estas modalidades en forma de redes sin dejar espacio a que una afecte a la otra pero si conformando una logística planificada y organizada que demuestre que todas pueden trabajar mancomunadamente, deja aplicar la Redistica y la teoría de los lugares centrales del arquitecto Alemán Walter Christaller. Un complejo organizado como se explica anteriormente incita a mejorar el entorno en pro del turismo y del desarrollo regional por su estilo y no descarta que su diseño deba ser incluyente desde todo tipo de vista. Su proximidad a un aeropuerto internacional confiere más mérito a la integración y así mostrarle al país, al ciudadano y al extranjero que un servicio médico puede dejar de ser incomodidad y a cambio aportar tranquilidad aplicando las teorías seleccionadas, por medio de estancias externas e internas en el complejo, además de espacios habitacionales y de eventos sociales y comerciales para mayor comodidad del usuario	spa
dc.description.abstract	The Hospital Complex International Meraki (HCIM), will be an institution of the ministry of health which aims to encourage a change of thinking in the Idiosyncrasy of the Colombian with respect to the provision of health services. Integrate the medical specialties in a single complex in which there are several modes of transport like the regiotram, the subway, the Transmilenio, and converge National means by means of a regional, in addition to having operation of heliports, makes allegory to the concept of integration , which refers o work under the union of all these modalities in the form of networks without leaving room for that one affects the other but if forming a logistics-planned and organized to demonstrate that all can work together, lets apply the Redistica and the theory of the central places of the architect German Walter Christaller. A complex organized as explained above encourages to improve the environment in favour of tourism and regional development for his style and does not rule out that their design should be inclusive from all kinds of view. Its proximity to an international airport gives more merit to the integration, and thus show to the country, to the citizen and to the foreigner that a service provider can stop being uncomfortable and to change to bring peace of mind by means of stays, internal and external in the complex in addition to spaces for housing and other social events and business for the convenience of the user.	spa
