dc.description	Los barrios de origen informal son un fenómeno persistente en varias ciudades en el contexto latinoamericano, como es en el caso colombiano, los sectores de origen informal de las principales ciudades se han consolidado por varios factores, sin embargo, el principal fue la migración por la crisis del campo en los años 70, Teniendo en cuenta lo anterior se desarrollará el proyecto Restaurando raíces en el barrio Santa Cecilia alta ubicado en la localidad de Usaquén de Bogotá D.C. Debido a que este barrio de origen informal, en la actualidad enfrenta diferentes problemáticas de orden ambiental, urbano y social, Se plantea como objetivo del proyecto estrategias y acciones de planificación territorial que permitan mitigar las problemáticas caracterizadas desde el modelo de planificación urbana de las tres estructuras funcionales y fortalecer dinámicas sociales evidenciadas en las practicas socioculturales que consolidan la apropiación e identidad de estos territorios.	spa
dc.description.abstract	Neighborhoods of informal origin are a persistent phenomenon in several cities in the Latin American context, as in the Colombian case, the sectors of informal origin of the main cities have been consolidated by several factors, however, the main one was the migration due to the crisis of the countryside in the 70's. Taking into account the above, the project Restoring roots in the Santa Cecilia Alta neighborhood located in the locality of Usaquén in Bogotá D.C. will be developed. Due to the fact that this neighborhood of informal origin currently faces different environmental, urban and social problems, the objective of the project is to develop strategies and territorial planning actions to mitigate the problems characterized from the urban planning model of the three functional structures and to strengthen social dynamics evidenced in the socio-cultural practices that consolidate the appropriation and identity of these territories.	spa
