dc.description	La pandemia provocada por el Covid 19 ha permitido que profesionales, académicos y altruistas, actuando desde su campo especifico de acción, replanteen algunos temas con el objetivo de mejorar u optimizar resultados ante los imprevistos. Precisamente con el mismo enfoque, esta investigación es fruto de un esfuerzo académico, apoyado en el análisis de la localidad de Engativá en su Unidad de Planeamiento Zonal número 73 Garcés navas, dentro del rango de intervención inicial del Barrio La Perla y su vecino inmediato el Barrio Villas de Granada. Para el cometido académico, se indagó y a su vez, se generaron estrategias encaminadas al buen manejo del agua lluvia, desde el punto de vista de captación, almacenamiento y disposición del líquido. Así mismo, se proyectó un sistema que busca suplir todas variables mencionadas a la vez, encaminada a ver cada parte de manera individual para entender la complejidad de cada aspecto, antes de pensar en la universalidad. Al final, se realiza una cuantificación técnica de los componentes y materiales necesarios en las proyecciones del sistema resultante.	spa
dc.description.abstract	The pandemic caused by Covid 19 has allowed professionals, academics and altruists, acting from their specific field of action, to rethink some issues with the aim of improving or optimizing results in the face of unforeseen events. With precisely the same approach, this research is the result of an academic effort, supported by the analysis of the town of Engativá in its Zonal Planning Unit number 73 Garcés navas, within the range of initial intervention of Barrio La Perla and its immediate neighbor the Granada Villas neighborhood. For the academic purpose, it was investigated and, in turn, strategies aimed at the proper management of rainwater were generated, from the point of view of capture, storage and disposal of the liquid. Likewise, a system was designed that seeks to supply all the variables mentioned at the same time, aimed at seeing each part individually to understand the complexity of each aspect, before thinking about universality. At the end, a technical quantification of the components and materials required in the projections of the resulting system is carried out.	spa
