dc.description	La presente investigación tiene como objetivo principal construir una cartilla interactiva de estrategias pedagógicas a partir de las voces de estudiantes con discapacidad visual y docentes que puedan brindar herramientas para la inclusión en escenarios educativos.Así mismo esta investigación es de tipo cualitativo, con un diseño metodológico de carácter fenomenológico, empírico y no experimental. La población de estudio fue determinada y seleccionada, involucrando tres docentes con discapacidad visual, once estudiantes con discapacidad visual de la fundación COOTRASIN y once docentes sin discapacidad. Para la recolección de los datos, se emplearon entrevistas estructuradas a cada uno de los participantes, y luego con el debido análisis, categorización y validación de los mismos, en este proceso, se logra identificar que existe desconocimiento a políticas, y herramientas que permitan la atención de estudiantes ciegos en las aulas educativas de Colombia, motivo por el cual se evidencia la pertinencia de desarrollar un elemento que permita la construcción de saberes básicos para el desarrollo de aulas educativas sin barreras.	spa
dc.description.abstract	The main objective of the following research is to build an interactive booklet of pedagogical strategies based on the voices of students with visual impairment and teachers that can provide tools for inclusion in educational scenarios. Likewise, this is qualitative research, with a phenomenological, empirical, and non-experimental methodological design. The study population was determined and selected by 3 teachers with visual impairment, 11 students with visual impairment of the COOTRASIN foundation and 11 teachers who do not have any type of disability. For data collection, structured interviews were used to each of the participants, and then with the due analysis, categorization and validation of the same, in this process, it is possible to identify that there is a lack of knowledge of policies and tools that allow the attention of blind students in the educational classrooms, which is why the relevance of developing an element that allows the acquisition of knowledge for the development of educational classrooms without barriers is evidenced.	spa
